Automatic garlic peeler

In commercial kitchens and food processing plants, efficiently peeling large quantities of garlic can be a labor-intensive task. This challenge can impact productivity and consistency, especially when there are high volume requirements and strict hygiene standards to meet.

Automates garlic peeling with high efficiency

The C/E GP8T from Minerva Omega Group Italy is designed specifically to automate the garlic peeling process. With a load capacity of 8 kg and an output of 80 kg per hour, it significantly reduces labor while ensuring high productivity. The apparatus features a stainless steel casing, a three-phase or single-phase motor of 0.75 kW, and a rotary plate that is easy to remove for cleaning. A mechanical timer and belt-driven motor ensure precise operation. Front unloading is protected by a safety guard, and users can monitor the cleaning process through a see-through plexiglass cover. A water inlet, solenoid valve, and proper drainage are integrated for maintaining hygiene as per CE standards. Electrical parts are enclosed in an IP56 rated box, and the device includes N.V.R. low voltage controls at 24V. The easy-to-clean design and fast work cycle, approximately 6 minutes per cleaning cycle, make it suitable for catering, restaurants, canteens, and food processing plants.
