The Cap Welding System from Weiler Engineering is designed to work seamlessly with the ASEP-TECH® Blow/Fill/Seal machines. Available as both a fully automatic and manual load option, the system can accommodate bottle sizes from 100mL to 500mL, making it versatile for different production needs. It features an independent control system that can be linked to the BFS machine for synchronized production output. This unit is adaptable to the design of locally produced multi-entry overcaps and can be supplied either as an integrated package with a new BFS machine or as a stand-alone unit. This flexibility allows for easier integration into existing production lines.
