The TIPPER TIE Rota-Clip Automated Clipping System by JBT is a high-speed production solution designed for packaging pumpable products into flexible materials. The system forms and seals film into cartridges using either heat or a high-integrity triple-glue seal system. With its rotating table and up to 12 clipping stations, each featuring a double clipper, it achieves throughputs of over 400 pieces per minute. The HMI touch screen controls, integrated with safety and motion control, store unlimited recipes and manage the splicer, glue seal, and clippers from a single point. Product changeovers are quick, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. The Rota-Clip system is compatible with various constant output pumps and minimizes waste with its short tail after-clipping. It is ideal for applications like industrial explosives chub packages and adhesives chub packages. JBT offers additional support services through their PRoCARE® programs, including training and on-site maintenance.
