The MINI-WEB aseptic filler by FBR ELPO is designed for aseptically filling and packaging a wide range of products, both liquid and those with particulates, in bags ranging from 3 to 25 liters. It also supports the filling of 200-liter drums with the proper attachments. The system is adaptable to various spout types, including short and long necks, situated either in the center or corners of the bags. The MINI-WEB can sterilize spouts using steam for heat-resistant materials or sterilizing agents for non-heat-resistant applications. This versatility ensures the sterility of the product remains intact throughout the process. It operates manually with a filling accuracy of ± 0.5% of the filled volume, achieving approximately 80 bags per hour for 10-liter bags. The device is compact, with dimensions of 2560 mm in height, 1873 mm in width, and 1652 mm in length, requiring an installed power of 2 kW and consuming 20 kg/h of steam at 6 bar and 30 Nmc/h of compressed air at 8 bar. This makes it a highly efficient and adaptable tool for industries handling milk, cream, ice-cream bases, natural fruit juices, concentrates, and more.
