The CONSEP CSP by WAMGROUP is an advanced aggregate separation and recovery system designed for medium to high-duty applications. This system features automatic operation with user-friendly controls, including auto-on and auto-off functionalities. Its modular design allows for flexible configuration to meet specific on-site requirements. The system significantly reduces unloading and parking times and operates on a low energy consumption model due to its self-cleaning patented technology. Suitable for treating concrete residues from simple washing, the CONSEP CSP separates solid aggregate particles, such as sand and gravel larger than 0.2 mm, using an inclined screw. The system is ideal for ready-mix concrete plants as well as precast concrete plants. With a 3kW drive unit, it can handle up to 5 m³ per hour of washing water, making it a cost-effective and environmentally sustainable solution.
