This system operates with a continuous mode, offering an impressive infeed speed of 500 ppm and an output of 60 bags per minute. The SB60 Red Series A5 ensures a maximum efficiency rate of 95% with a waste percentage capped at 1%. The product changeover can be completed in 30 minutes, while size changeovers take only 10 minutes. The system handles products with lengths ranging from 160 mm to 280 mm and widths from 90 mm to 200 mm. It is compatible with polyethylene film for packaging, and types the products into bags efficiently. The machine adheres to the EC Declaration of Conformity (Type II1A 2006/42/EC) – CE certified regulations.
