The use of wash-free and sterilization-free nested syringes eliminates the need for bottle cleaning and sterilization, cutting down on equipment costs and minimizing contamination risk. The filling station’s proximity to the stoppering station shortens the exposure time of liquid medicine, further reducing contamination. Equipped with options for vacuum stoppering and vacuum nitrogen filling, it meets stringent requirements for low residual oxygen content, achieving levels below 1%. The integrated robot motion control system ensures stable and fast performance, while the double servo design of the nest plate inching platform improves positioning accuracy. The no pump filling system provides a filling accuracy of up to 0.2%, significantly better than the national standard and similar products.
