<h2>Save time with a continuous extraction system for CBD oil</h2>
<p>Devex’s CryoEXS is a time-efficient solution to extract crude CBD oil from cannabis or hemp. It uses cold (-40 C) Ethanol as a solvent to extract useful substances. The equipment is available in 3 sizes depending on the capacity of dry cannabis biomass throughput.</p>
<p>The dried cannabis is fed into the extractor simultaneously with the cold ethanol. This method helps avoid the extra 24 hours of extraction process needed for the winterization step used in traditional methods to eliminate undesired elements from the extract such as fats, waxes, pigments, etc. Additional cannabinoid losses that can occur during the winterization step are also avoided.  Then the mass is recirculated to achieve a highly efficient extraction. The crude CBD oil is then ready for short part distillation. The ethanol used in the extraction process is then sent back to the tank for purification and reuse.</p>

<h2>Refrigerant gas-based oil extraction for delicate flowers, herbs and plants</h2>
<p>The FC Extractor from Timatic uses the properties of HFC 134 to extract all the natural oils and volatile compounds of low molecular weight. No pre-treatment is required, and extraction can occur from any biomass, whether fresh or dried, including flowers, leaves, seeds, bark, roots, and more.</p>
<p>The fully automatic extraction process takes place in anaerobic conditions, preventing any oxidation, and using carefully controlled temperatures and pressures. The gas used in the process is filtered continuously, and when the extraction is complete, it is automatically recovered so it can be reused for subsequent batches.</p>
<p>Because the plant material is never heated beyond room temperature, even the most volatile flavour and aroma components are conserved. This produces oils of a much higher quality than traditional “essential oil” extraction techniques.</p>
<p>Available in two formats, three models for lab-scale and small production, three for medium and large-scale production, the FC series can suit your exact production requirements.</p>

<p>A modern, cost-effective alternative to maceration or percolation extractors, the Rapid Extractor range can achieve extractions without pretreatment from both dried and fresh plant matter including flowers, leaves, buds, fruits, seeds, and more. The extraction process is faster than traditional alternatives and yet preserves all the biofunctional compounds from the source material.</p>
<p>The all-stainless 316 construction of the Rapid Extractor means it is suitable for use with a wide range of solvents including alcohol, water, glycol, glycerin, and olive oil.</p>
<p>Anaerobic conditions are maintained in the extraction chambers, which avoids oxidation and degradation of the product.</p>
