The 770 Series Wrap Around Sleeving Machine by Trepko A/S is designed to organize single serve cups into various pack patterns and wrap them with a cardboard sleeve. It features a smooth changeover process that enables it to handle a wide range of sleeves and cups efficiently. Quick-release format parts and recipe-based parameter selection in the PLC facilitate fast changeovers. The machine can achieve a maximum output of 160 sleeves per minute, and it supports sleeve dimensions from L 100-300 mm, W 100-150 mm, and H 80-120 mm. The machine’s power requirement is 9 kVA, with air pressure at 6 bar and air consumption of 500 l/min.
