The Wafer Baking Machine WAQ by Hebenstreit is designed for producing flat or hollow wafer sheets with capacities of up to 40 wafer sheets per minute. The machine’s modular design allows for easy capacity upgrades, accommodating up to a maximum of 76 baking tongs. This automatic baking machine features a robust baking tong chain to handle the high stress from steam pressure during the baking process. Each baking tong comes with 4 carrier rollers on heat-stabilized, low-maintenance ball bearings, which are easily regreaseable. The baking tongue locking system includes a stainless-steel locking bolt engaged by a hardened hammer head, ensuring secure and precise operation. Adjustable baking plates maintain wafer thickness tolerance within +/- 0.1 mm, even after years of use, making output consistent and reliable.
