It features various knife options: standard wing knife for leafy vegetables and herbs, crosscut knife for dicing and slicing, julienne knife disc for strip cuts, grating disc for pulp, slicing disc for generic slicing, and a special cutting disc designed for delicate items like tomatoes. With a capacity of 1000 kg/h and powered by a 1.85 kW motor, the unit works efficiently to meet diverse cutting needs.
