Electrical requirements for the system include a 2 hp motor operating at 480V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, and 100 amps. Water requirements include a 2-inch connection with a flow rate of 7.0 GPM at 40 PSI minimum. The air requirement is 100 PSI minimum, dry and maintained. The system benefits from a simple, proven design and is suitable for fillets intended for further processing rather than tray packing.
