The ULTRA CX Turbo Extractor from Bertocchi is designed specifically for the cold extraction process of fruit and vegetable purees. The system works at room temperature, which preserves the nutrients and flavors of the raw materials. Capable of processing whole, chopped, or destoned fruits such as apples, pears, grapes, peaches, apricots, and various tropical fruits, the machine can handle a wide range of products. With a maximum capacity range from 1000 kg/h to 24 t/h, it is suitable for large-scale operations. The ULTRA CX is equipped with the Rotopulse® softening section, improving extraction efficiency and yield. Additionally, it offers enhanced reliability, ease of maintenance, and hygienic washing, making it a practical choice for producing purees used in baby foods, nectars, jams, and other applications.
