Each pasteurizer utilizes tubular heat exchangers with 4 concentric tubes, allowing thermal action internally and externally for consistent treatment. The system operates in an automated manner, ensuring precision in managing temperature and flow. All contact parts are made from AISI 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. The pasteurizers handle a work capacity between 3,000 and 10,000 kg/h of processed product and are compatible with all Tropical Food Machinery production lines. The heat treatment uses a steam-powered superheated water circuit, maintaining pasteurization temperatures at 95°C with a holding time of up to 60 seconds, ensuring thorough pasteurization.
