Tray erecting system for packaging

In many manufacturing processes, the need for precise and consistent tray erection is crucial to ensure optimal packaging of products of various sizes and shapes. Challenges include maintaining structural integrity and ensuring right-angled folds while minimizing handling time.

Ensures accurate tray formation and gentle handling

The 720 Series from Trepko A/S is designed to provide precise and efficient tray forming, accommodating a range of tray sizes and patterns. It features an angular, overlaying blanks magazine constructed from aluminum, holding approximately 165 blanks of 3 mm B-flute. With a special separator to prevent multi-blank pulls, the magazine can be loaded at chest height during operation. The unit employs controlled acceleration and deceleration to handle packaging materials gently, while the drive unit’s safety clutch and alarm system assure operational safety. Its optimal folding sequence guarantees right-angled packaging visible at one level, simplifying format changes and maintenance. With a control cabinet and hot-melt unit mounted on the side, the system adheres to CE safety regulations and is constructed from stainless steel.
