The TTS by CAM Packaging is a sophisticated system designed for the application and reading of tracking codes on cartons. This system can manage production speeds up to 350 cartons per minute, ensuring high throughput without compromising accuracy. Its modular and compact design allows for easy integration into both existing and new production lines from any manufacturer. The machine complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and features a balcony design, ensuring easy maintenance and hygiene. The carton “positive” transport system enhances handling, and the system supports easy and quick format changes to accommodate different carton sizes. Users can print any 1-D or 2-D codes with ink-jet or laser on various parts of the carton, ensuring flexibility in code application. Additionally, the system includes a carton flaps closure verification system, a labeling or print-and-apply device, and a camera control system for OCR/OCV validation. For added security, a “Tamper Evident” application device is available, along with a reject station capable of handling up to three differentiated rejects. The user-friendly HMI allows for straightforward control of all installed devices, and the system’s complete management capabilities ensure efficient operation.
