Available in single or 3-pass configurations, this oven can handle a production volume of 750 to 2,500 lbs./hr of finished tortilla chips and up to 6,000 dozen/hr of corn tortillas, depending on product size. This makes it ideal for producing tortilla chips, restaurant-style tortilla chips, corn chips, taco shells, tortillas, and tostadas.
