This equipment comes with optional blade assemblies, which include tenderizing blades, as well as 5 mm, 10 mm, and 15 mm strip cutting assemblies suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. What sets this system apart is its easy-to-remove cover with safety sensors, allowing for straightforward cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the blade assembly can be quickly removed and replaced, and the blade drums are easily detachable for deeper cleaning. The system weighs only 24 kg, and it features a wide feeding input with dimensions of 30×170 mm, powered by a 0.37 kW motor. All these features comply with CE standards for hygiene and safety.
