The COMBI 3 BS / 3 BSR / 1BS by Marchesini is a continuous motion system designed for the precise plungering, labeling, and assembly of backstops on syringes. The COMBI 3 BS/3 BSR variant includes an option to install both open and closed type backstops prior to plungering and labeling, while the COMBI 1 BS is configured for backstop assembly only. This system is recognized for its perfect operational repeatability and ease of use, operating within a minimal installation space. It features positive logic component management and customizable options including vision systems and printing modules. The COMBI series can handle both glass and plastic syringes, with a standard syringe capacity ranging from 0.5 to 20 ml. Output rates are up to 24,000 syringes per hour for the COMBI 1 BS and up to 18,000 syringes per hour for the COMBI 3 BS.
