This system addresses common issues such as suspended solids, turbidity, and unwanted odors through filtration, clarification, decolorization, and deodorization. Activated carbon treatment removes impurities, benefiting from its large activated surface area and fine porosity. Kieselguhr filters, compliant with 97/23/CE regulations, handle sugar solutions up to 65°Brix and temperatures up to 85°C, and require minimal maintenance. Bag filters in stainless steel AISI 316 L minimize contamination risks and product loss, while cartridge filters are ideal for fine applications. Additionally, inline flash pasteurization saves energy and maintains the syrup’s chemical-physical properties.
