The Tetra Pak® Straw Applicator 30 (SA 30) is designed for applying straws to Tetra Pak packages in a continuous motion, ensuring the appearance of the packages is preserved and the risk of damage is minimal. The application wheel cuts the straw film and applies the straw to the moving package, maintaining a smooth operation without stopping the packages. The Tetra Pak® Operator Panel with an intuitive touch screen interface makes it easy for operators to work swiftly and efficiently. Large windows on the machine provide clear views of the internal mechanisms, and easy access to parts allows for quick setting changes. Additionally, an optional bent foil treater increases straw adhesion by heating and flattening the film around the straws before application. This feature is essential for certain Tetra Pak lines, like A3/Speed.
