Square plansifter for grain milling

In flour milling, achieving high performance and excellent sanitation while separating grains such as maize, rye, and oats, can be challenging. Traditional sifting methods often struggle with efficiency and cleanliness, leading to bottlenecks and contamination issues.

Separates and filters grains with high efficiency

The Planmaster Square Plansifter by Ugur makine is designed specifically for grain milling operations, including maize, rye, oat, and semolina mills. It allows for the separation of grains through up to ten passages, ensuring high performance and sanitation. The sifting process begins as the product is directed into the sifting area via one or more inlet pipes. Various types of frames permit separation into seven channels. Part of the product is directed to the exit by the channel, and after sifting, it is sent to the outlet pipe on the bottom plate. The system features inspection pipes for monitoring and controlling the product flow. This versatile technology offers excellent separation and filtration, ensuring consistent quality in grain processing.
