The BRM DELUXE by WP Riehle is a robust and efficient sheet cleaning system designed for commercial baking operations. It cleans all standard two-sided baking and perforated sheets. Featuring an intuitive computer control system, it allows for the selection of various cleaning programs. The sheets are fed into the system with their baking side facing down, and are picked up by feeding rollers that transport them to two height-adjustable rotating brushes. These brushes clean both sides of the sheets programmatically. To prevent sheet deformation, the fed-in sheets are handled by spring-loaded, adjustable brushes. The system has a capacity of cleaning up to 700 sheets per hour. An optional oiling unit with an integrated reservoir ensures minimal oil waste, and a supplementary trolley is available for collected cleaned sheets. The BRM DELUXE’s solid construction, including 6 mm thick side panels, ensures longevity and reliability even on uneven bakery floors.
