The Proseal XTRs by JBT is a semi-automatic, two-station, rotary-table tray sealer. It seals up to 30 packs per minute using a two impression tool without requiring compressed air. This all-electric system offers consistent seal force while reducing energy consumption and operating costs. Its user-friendly design includes an integrated HMI with multi-language settings and recipe-driven control, allowing for quick tray size changes in under five minutes through quick-release tooling. The portable design features automatic film-feed and optional free-flow gas flush and Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) for longer shelf life. It includes automatic tool lock and front-loading tool capability for easier maintenance and cleaning.
