The wedge wire screen, with 0.020-inch spacing, captures more solids compared to round hole perforated screens. This setup reduces insoluble impurities, ensuring a higher quality of recovered oil and creating a superior granular meal for animal feed or other industrial uses. The system also features a sealed design to contain odors and minimize the equipment footprint. The separator is available in four different sizes, handling capacities from 15,000 to 45,000 pounds per hour, making it suitable for various industrial requirements.
