The Rotary Brander from Heat and Control is designed to continuously sear grill marks on meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables, providing an appetizing just-grilled finish. It allows you to brand top, bottom, or both sides of your product with adjustable branding depth and speed. Employing single or two-sided branders, it meets various branding requirements for both formed and naturally shaped products. The branding roll can be raised clear of the conveyor if branding is not needed. An optional integrated Direct Flame Searer offers additional surface treatment for browning or charring.
