Deaerates, mixes, and carbonates with precision
The Premix system by BLENDTECH (Omnia Technologies) is designed for the production of carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks. It features a vacuum-type deaeration group for extracting dissolved oxygen from process water. The system includes a mixing zone with magnetic or mass flow meters to ensure accurate blending of aromatized syrup with deaerated water. For carbonation, it uses a CO2 injector controlled by either magnetic or mass flow meters, delivering precise carbonation levels. The unit is compact, built with a monoblock configuration, and equipped with a PLC for selecting production recipes. Optional online CO2 and Brix degree control enhance the production process, ensuring high-quality end products. The system integrates well with existing fillers and CIP interfaces via digital or BUS & NET signals, and it includes onboard pumps for filler delivery and CIP return.
