The Perforated Vat from Uzermak is designed for efficient curd processing in dairy applications. Constructed from AISI304 quality stainless steel, it features a capacity of approximately 300 kg of curd. The vat is equipped with 4 stainless steel wheels for easy maneuverability. The screen includes Ø 2mm diameter holes to ensure optimal whey drainage, which is facilitated by a DN50 butterfly valve located at the vat’s edge bottom. This design ensures the sanitary separation of curd and whey, making it suitable for various dairy processing environments. Custom design and dimensions are available upon request, allowing for adaptation to specific processing needs.
