Paw water screening and re-use system
In poultry processing facilities, the reuse of water is crucial to reduce overall consumption and operational costs. Conventional water reuse methods often struggle with efficiency, leading to increased treatment requirements and high maintenance demands.

Efficiently screen and reuse poultry processing water
The Prime LPS-112 Paw Water Screening and Re-Use System by JBT is designed to address common issues in poultry processing water reuse. This system removes solid particles greater than 0.015 inches in size with a capacity ranging from 50-200 GPM. It features a first-stage rotating stainless-steel wedgewire drum screen and an optional integrated tank (LPS-112-TS). The system is engineered to lower water consumption throughout the plant, reducing water treatment needs and overall operational costs. Electrical requirements for the LPS-112 include a 1/4 hp motor or multiple motors for the LPS-112-TS (7.5 hp and 15 hp). Customized models are available to fit specific facility needs, making it an adaptable solution for various poultry, meat, and seafood processing environments.
