With a 4-foot long by 2-foot wide screen deck, it features two screen elements plus a pan for three size outputs. It utilizes true in-plane orbital motion to reduce particle spearing and includes a variable frequency drive (VFD) for rotational adjustability. The system can handle throughput of up to 1.5 green tons per hour and 5.5 cubic feet per minute, depending on particle size and moisture content. This makes it ideal for small-scale operations looking to integrate with other feedstock processing machinery. The adjustable slope increases throughput while optimizing precision. Smooth, quiet operation is achieved using a counter-balanced, linear bearing-mounted design, minimizing vibration and noise.
