The flowplus-SPT M6 by Visco Tec is a miniature sensor designed for accurate pressure and temperature monitoring. It features a chemical-resistant FFKM pressure membrane and a sensor body only 15.3 mm long, with an M6 thread as the process connection. This sensor measures pressures up to 40 bar and operates within a temperature range of 5 to 50°C. It seamlessly integrates into Visco Tec dispensing systems and other applications, minimizing material loss due to its compact design. The sensor converts recorded data into an analog voltage signal for easy integration into control systems such as PLCs. With a low measurement tolerance of only 2%, it ensures high measurement accuracy. The dust- and splash-proof design, along with the stainless steel body, offers durability in industrial environments. Additional features include easy integration, reduced maintenance costs due to the robust FFKM membrane, and smooth coupling with Visco Tec controllers via a 4-pole M8 standard connection.
