The Qcut 600 BOT by QATM is a fully automatic metallographic cutting robot, equipped with up to 5 axes for enhanced versatility. With cutting discs up to 610 mm, it supports X, Y, Z, B, and C-axis movements, providing comprehensive cutting capabilities. High dynamic drives enable rapid movements of up to 80 mm/sec on the X and Y axes. A 360° swivel range on the B-axis and optional rotary C-axis further extend its flexibility. The machine features a large, vibration-free stainless-steel table that can bear up to 150 kg, making it suitable for various metallographic applications. Integrated recirculation cooling, automatic central lubrication, and a parallel-guided cut-off wheel guard enhance operational efficiency and safety. An intuitive control panel with a 12.1” TFT touch display and teach-in function simplifies programming. Additionally, automatic cut-off wheel measurement ensures consistent cutting quality by dynamically adjusting parameters after each cut. Remote maintenance via VPN allows for quick troubleshooting and online support from QATM.
