The Qpol 200 M by QATM is a manual single-wheel grinder and polisher designed specifically for metallographic sample preparation. It features a Ø 200 mm working wheel, ensuring optimal preparation results with minimal noise and vibration due to its shock-resistant plastic basin and powder-coated aluminium housing. The variable speed control, ranging from 20 to 600 rpm, allows for flexibility to match specific sample requirements. Additionally, the integrated boost function aids in expelling residual liquid in just 5 seconds at 750 rpm, making the cleaning process quicker and more efficient. The single-disc design also facilitates easy access for maintenance, enabling thorough and time-saving cleaning. This model supports a connection power of 0.7 kVA and can operate on various power supplies (200-240 V or 100-120 V). With a compact design of approximately 401 x 286 x 603 mm and a weight of around 20-25 kg, it is suitable for laboratory environments where space and ease of use are critical.
