The precise adjustment of these knives and the rubber skin inside the drum ensure the final product is smoothly peeled with minimal peel losses and bruises. During operation, three robust turning rubbers on the peeling disc facilitate consistent product rotation, enhancing the peeling process. With dimensions of 595 x 750 x 1050 mm and a cycle time ranging from 1 to 5 minutes, this machine has a capacity of 15 to 20 kg per cycle. It operates on 3-phase, 400 V electricity, consuming 1.1 kW, and weighs 125 kg.
