The Plaster Rice Sieve from Ugur Makine is designed for rice processing plants to classify rice into categories such as dust, soil, broken pieces, and whole grains. The rice enters through the inlet and is evenly distributed via a product distribution box. The sieve utilizes vibrating circular motions to classify the rice based on sieve mesh sizes. As rice passes through the five-layer sieve system, it is separated and guided to different outlet chambers. Whole rice grains are collected in one chamber, broken pieces in another, and dust and soil in a third chamber. The machine’s design ensures efficient separation with minimal labor involved.
