The Zumex Elevator Crusher ZRC500 is a centrifugal crusher designed to process high quantities of fruit efficiently. With its 4 Kw capacity, it is capable of crushing up to 1000 kilos of fruit per hour. The system comes with various modules to adjust the crushing size as needed. The initial stage features a stainless steel intake hopper measuring 1800 mm x 2055 mm, which includes water intake and discharge features for rinsing the fruit. In the subsequent stage, the bucket elevator, perforated to drain water, has an integrated water spray for a final rinse during the elevation process. This multi-functional setup ensures thorough cleaning and optimized crushing, enhancing the efficiency of the juice extraction process.
