The Giesen W30A is an industrial coffee roaster designed for middle to large-scale roasteries. Capable of roasting up to 30 kg per batch and 120 kg per hour, it combines high capacity with precise control. Handcrafted in Ulft, Netherlands, the W30A includes the Giesen Profiler, which allows users to create, save, and replicate roasting profiles. An external cyclone is included to automatically remove chaffs from the roasted beans. The roaster operates on natural gas, propane, or butane, and features a control tower system with a touchscreen to easily monitor and adjust temperature, power, fan speed, and drum speed. It comes with CE, UL, and AGA certifications, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
