The Stein 5-Star Home Style™ Breading Applicator from JBT is engineered to apply a consistent home-style surface coating to a variety of products with uneven surface geometries. It employs a unique combination of Flat-Bed™ and tumble flip coating methods and features the Level Glide™ product discharge to maintain product orientation across the full belt width. The system utilizes five vertically stacked stainless steel star rollers to provide efficient tumbling action. Adjustable main product belt speeds from 0-60 FPM enhance control. Available in electric or hydraulic drives, and with usable belt widths ranging from 600 mm to 1000 mm, this applicator is versatile and can be used for both predust and final breading applications. The machine is designed for easy operation and cleaning, making it suitable for various food processing environments, including poultry, meat, and seafood, as well as ready meals.
