In-line blender for carbonated drinks

Optimize your beverage production with precise in-line blending and carbonation, reducing raw material costs while ensuring product consistency and food safety in continuous operations.

Blends and Carbonates Beverages Continuously

The Tetra Pak® In-line Blender B with Carbonation offers beverage manufacturers an efficient solution for precise blending and carbonation of liquid products. Designed to seamlessly integrate into continuous, fully automated operations, it excels in producing carbonated soft drinks, flavored sparkling waters, and innovative plant-based beverages.

The system’s innovative approach utilizes multiple ingredient streams, supporting varied viscosities and accommodating up to 10 streams to fit diverse recipe needs. Equipped with a packed bed deaerator and eco vacuum pump, it minimizes oxygen levels while significantly reducing water consumption, enhancing both carbonation efficiency and environmental performance.

It features Automatic Mass Compensation (AMC) to ensure precise ingredient ratios with real-time corrections, facilitating exact output Brix levels. The pressurized tank maintains carbonation by keeping product under high pressure, also serving as a buffer during filling downtime. With capacities ranging from 18,000 to 75,000 liters per hour, this in-line blender meets the demands of large-scale production while offering flexibility for quick product changes.

Constructed with continuous production in mind, this solution ensures high throughput, consistent product quality, and reduced operational costs, making it an ideal choice for modern beverage processing facilities seeking both performance reliability and sustainability.

Benefits

  • Enhances production efficiency by allowing seamless product changeovers and high throughput.
