This cutter is flexible, allowing for interchangeable cutting tools suited to different cheese types, either with wires or blades. It handles cheese blocks up to a maximum size of 320×520 mm and cheese wheels with a maximum diameter of 510 mm. The system is capable of up to 3 strokes per minute, ensuring productivity while maintaining accuracy. Optional features include manual or pneumatic centering and a console for a second cutting set, making it adaptable to various operational needs.
