The Vega MTVA by Bühler is a compact grain cleaner designed for high-throughput operations, capable of processing up to 100 tons of grain per hour. It is designed to be versatile, used as a free-standing unit or suspended from the ceiling. The MTVA comes in two sizes, offering a wide choice of screens ranging from 6.6 to 15.6 m². The air-recycling gravity separator feature enhances efficiency by returning 80% of the air used to the blower, reducing energy consumption by up to 50%. Quick access to the screen stack from both sides of the cleaner and the inclusion of a range of sieve cleaners make maintenance straightforward. The product is constructed using low-wear materials, making it durable for cleaning abrasive grains like oats and rice.
