The C24-T by IMA Group is a high-speed packaging solution designed specifically for knotted naked tea bags and free-flowing products such as black tea. With a capability to produce up to 400 bags per minute, it offers excellent productivity while minimizing the equipment’s footprint. The C24-T incorporates features such as mechanical single bag rejection and a video camera conformity control to ensure constant product quality. The machine is capable of accepting an external weight control and adjustment device if needed. Designed for easy integration into existing lines, it can also be equipped with an automatic cartoning attachment for various pre-erected cartons from 1 to 4 rows, ensuring seamless end-of-line packaging. With a total installed power of 17 kW and an average power consumption of 2.8 kW, the C24-T is efficient in operation. The equipment’s PC-controlled, motor-driven safety guards offer fast opening and closing, contributing to its reliability. Additionally, the C24-T allows the use of sustainable packaging materials, making it an eco-friendly choice.
