The GEA TiroLabel PLUS is a versatile cross-web labeling solution designed to integrate seamlessly with thermoforming packaging systems. It operates at high speeds of up to 50 strokes per minute, suitable for labeling Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), vacuum, and skin packs. This system utilizes motor-driven application technology with spring-loaded pins, which handle variations in package surfaces and compensate for height differences up to 35 mm. This results in precision labeling with minimal compressed air consumption. The TiroLabel PLUS includes a built-in scanner to detect empty packages, thereby preventing label wastage. The system can be fully integrated with GEA’s SmartControl system and other non-GEA thermoformers, offering easy handling through a user-friendly 10-inch touch panel.
