Heavy-duty vertical conveying for aggregates and minerals
In industries like cement, lime, and gypsum processing, efficient vertical elevation of heavy and abrasive materials is essential. Common challenges include slow operation speeds and high wear on components due to continuous, heavy-duty applications.
Elevate aggregates and minerals reliably
The EHN-type Bucket Elevator from WAMGROUP is engineered specifically for vertical elevation of aggregates and minerals in demanding, continuous operations. Designed for slow speed operation, it is made from hot-galvanized carbon steel, ensuring durability and longevity. The system’s heavy-duty buckets, constructed from abrasion-resistant mild steel per DIN15234, handle materials up to 50 mm in size with minimal wear. The elevators feature modular components, a head and foot section with solidly mounted roller bearings, and an endless belt mechanism for consistent material transport. Suitable for plants involved in cement, lime, gypsum processing, as well as concrete batching and asphalt production, these elevators meet high-performance standards with capacities up to 310 m³/h and discharge heights up to 60 meters.
