Heavy-duty submersible chopper pumps for manure treatment
In livestock farming and biogas facilities, dealing with long-fibre solids in manure and wastewater presents significant challenges. Efficient shredding and ejection of these solids are crucial for maintaining uninterrupted operations and preventing clogging.

Shreds and ejects long-fibre solids efficiently
The CHIOR SPH Submersible Chopping Pump is designed to manage and process long-fibre solids in livestock manure, biogas digestate, and industrial wastewater. The core feature is its powerful shear system, enabling continuous operation even in intense conditions. The pump’s high-efficiency, low-energy consumption motor enhances performance, while the top suction system ensures efficient lifting. Cast iron construction and an anti-leakage design significantly extend the durability of the pump. Manufactured by WAMGROUP, the SPH pump is equipped with an IE3 electric motor (premium efficiency) and features multiple chopping systems, including counter-knives, shear bars, and a counter rotor made from treated and hardened materials. The pump can be installed on a vertical guide pole or in a free-standing configuration, making it adaptable for various setups. Additionally, a thermal probe prevents motor overheating, ensuring reliability in rigorous applications. This equipment is ideal for industries dealing with environmental technology, particularly livestock breeding and biogas plant operations.
