This equipment operates continuously with a production speed of up to 600 pieces per minute and a bagging speed of 50 bags per minute. Its advanced design includes features to optimize changeover times, with 30 minutes for product changeover and 10 minutes for size changeover. It achieves a maximum efficiency of 95%, ensuring minimal waste, capped at just 1%. The machine can handle a range of product sizes, accommodating products from 160 mm to 280 mm in length and 90 mm to 140 mm in width. It uses polyethylene film for packaging, providing robust and durable bags for end-users.
