The MD depacking system from CAM Packaging is designed to automate the removal of shrink-wrap material from empty bottles. This compact unit features a robust stainless-steel housing for durability and hygiene. The process begins with three spring-loaded, optionally heated blades that cut the shrink-wrap on three sides. Grippers then lift the upper section of the cut film, allowing the pack to advance to a platform where side plates prevent bottle spillage. The bottom film is removed and guided between rotating gears before being discarded. An embedded PLC system controls the entire operation, ensuring user safety and efficiency.
