The SA-113 Continuous-Type Sealing Solution from ANKO is designed to streamline bag sealing operations. It allows you to place food products into bags and easily align the open end with the sealing conveyor, which seals the bags as they move along. Equipped with a printing device, it allows for the immediate printing of expiry dates post-sealing, ensuring compliance with labeling requirements. This sealing solution supports sealing of plastic bags either horizontally or diagonally, fitting well into final packaging lines. The user-friendly control panel facilitates straightforward operation. With dimensions of 1,300 (L) x 580 (W) x 1,100 (H) mm, a conveyor size of 1,100 (L) x 200 (W) mm, and a net weight of 110 kg, this machine offers a max capacity of 1 kg per bag with an unadjustable sealing speed of 8 m/min. The SA-113 accommodates sizes of sealed goods ranging from 50–250 mm in length and 20–300 mm in width.
