As each fruit contacts the brushes, it spins and tumbles, maximizing the surface area exposed to the cleaning spray and scrubbing action. Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, the washer includes 27 brushes, two intake rollers, and one discharge roller. It employs a lubrication system for all brushes, roller bearings, idle and drive shaft bearings, and includes an oiler to lubricate the drive chain. The equipment is ideal for fruits and nuts processing, ensuring that citrus fruits are thoroughly cleaned and ready for further processing.
