This slicer features a 16.625-inch diameter slicing wheel and operates continuously for uninterrupted production. It is capable of handling produce up to 2.5 inches in diameter or width, offering a variety of crinkle and flat bias slices. The simplified design of the slicer allows for easy cleanup and maintenance. With a 3 HP motor and a 3/4 HP feed belt motor, it ensures reliable performance. The slicer is suitable for various applications including bread, carrots, celery, and plantains, with slice thickness ranging from 1/16 inch to 1-3/4 inches, and even finer slices can be achieved using the MicroSlice® wheel for special applications.
